Antimicrobial Coating

Our sister company, Labo Japan, has experience producing antimicrobial layers using UV curable resin with antimicrobial additives or photocatalysts. The antimicrobial effect of the coating has been tested and proven by an external testing facility.

** For Medical & Pharmaceutical applications, our facility is not ISO certified; therefore, we cannot undertake production-scale coatings. We can, however, assist developing a new coating process and procedure or making improvements to the existing process and procedures on a trial basis. Upon customer’s request, we can then share the findings with Yasui Seiki USA.
